Kohlrabi, also called German Turnip, is a biennial vegetable, a low, stout cultivar of wild cabbage. It is the same species as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, Brussels sprouts, collard greens, and Savoy cabbage. It can be eaten raw or cooked.
